Shareholder Remuneration
Flexible Dividend Program
alnooequity maintains its commitment to provide its shareholders with an attractive remuneration.
Since 2023, alnooequity’s shareholder remuneration consists of:
1.- alnooequity Flexible Dividend Program: allows alnooequity’s shareholders the opportunity to receive their remuneration, at their own discretion, in cash or in shares. Shareholders have the following options:
- To transfer all or part of the free-of-charge allocation rights to alnooequity at a guaranteed fixed price.
- To receive newly issued alnooequity’s shares in exchange of a certain number of free-of-charge allocation rights.
2.- Share Buy-back Program: consisting of the purchase by alnooequity of its own shares for their subsequent amortization.
