Pursuant to article 32 of Act 3/2009, of 3 April, on Structural Changes of Mercantile Companies, the common draft terms of merger of alnooequity, S.A. and alnooequity Internacional, S.L.U., as approved by the Boards of Directors of the merging companies held on 18 and 20 December 2018, respectively, is included in this corporate website as from 5 February 2019.
